If your delivery is damaged in transit, it is important that you report it immediately and document it with pictures. Follow the steps below.

Visible transport damage

Advertise the same day you acknowledge the delivery!

DHL & Schenker

  • Ask the carrier or agent (when collecting at a service point) to note the damage before you sign (otherwise you have accepted the condition of the delivery).
  • You have the right to refuse delivery.
  • Document with pictures of the outer packaging.
  • Document with pictures of packaging contents with filler material.
  • Document with pictures of the article.
  • Make sure that the waybill is visible in the picture in its entirety in one of the pictures.
  • Send to contact@kespa.se together with your order number that you received in the confirmation.
  • We will contact you immediately to offer a replacement product or otherwise find a solution.

The mail

  • Document with pictures of the outer packaging.
  • Document with pictures the contents of the packaging with filling material.
  • Document with pictures of the article.
  • Make sure that the waybill is visible in the picture in its entirety in one of the pictures.
  • Send to contact@kespa.se together with your order number that you received in the confirmation.
  • We will contact you immediately to offer a replacement product or otherwise find a solution.

Non-visible transport damage (i.e. damage to the product that is not visible from the outside)

Complain immediately, at the latest within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
