How do I most easily search for the right part?

You can search for your service part in several different ways. The easiest way to search is to use the search box. Search for your model, article number or if you have a reference number or original number. You can also choose to click your way through machines.

How do I know that the parts I order from you are of the right quality?

We are keen that shopping at Kespa should be a safe experience. To maximize safety, we only sell parts from well-known suppliers with whom we have good experience. Please read more about our work here.

I have not received an order confirmation sent to my email?

We will send your order confirmation within a few minutes after you have placed your order to the email you provided when you placed your order. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, contact customer service .

Can I track my order?

In cases where your order is sent by package/company package, you will receive a package number where you can track your package. Regardless of which way it is sent, you will receive an email when your order is on its way.

What do I do when I have received an incorrect item?

Contact customer service and we will help you. We will get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours (non-holiday working days).

Do I have to register as a customer?

No you do not have to. The advantage of registering as a customer is that you can save previous orders, and if you are a business customer, receive an invoice as the default choice.

How do I register as a customer?

By clicking on the login icon at the top right of the page and then on "Create Account", you can register for a new account.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

Click on "Forgot password?", then fill in your email address. You will then receive a link sent to the specified email address where you can enter a new password.

Can I be sure that the part I have ordered fits my machine?

We want you to feel safe when shopping with us and put a lot of effort into ensuring that our reference numbers are correct. When you receive your product and before mounting it on your machine, check that it meets expectations. If you have any questions, let us know and we will help you .
