How do I search for the right part most easily?

There are several ways to search for your service part. The easiest way to search is to use the search box. Search by your model, article number or if you have a reference number or original number. You can also choose to click through machines.

How do I know that the parts I order from you are of the right quality?

We are committed to ensuring that shopping at Kespa is a safe experience. To maximize security, we only sell parts from well-known suppliers that we have good experiences with. Please read more about our work here.

I haven't received an order confirmation sent to my email?

We will send your order confirmation within a few minutes after you have placed your order to the email you provided when you placed your order. If you have not received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact customer service .

Can I track my order?

In cases where your order is shipped by parcel/company parcel, you will receive a tracking number where you can track your package. Regardless of the method of shipment, you will receive an email when your order is on its way.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Contact customer service and we will help you. We will get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours (working days excluding weekends).

Do I have to register as a customer?

No, you don't have to. The advantage of registering as a customer is that you can save previous orders, and if you are a business customer, receive an invoice as the default option.

How do I register as a customer?

By clicking the login icon at the top right of the page and then "Create Account", you can register for a new account.

I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

Click on "Forgot your password?", then fill in your email address. You will then receive a link to the email address provided where you can enter a new password.

Can I be sure that the part I have ordered will fit my machine?

We want you to feel safe when you shop with us and put a lot of effort into ensuring that our reference numbers are correct.
